Family Yoga
Louise Makes.
Welcome to a beautiful family yoga community designed to help children feel more at home in their bodies.
Family yoga is a safe, nurturing space for children to
Connect with their feelings
Express emotions through movement & mindfulness
Learn tools to regulate their nervous systems
Move, stretch, breathe, and play
Hi, I’m Louise
After having twins five years ago, I realised how important it is for kids to have a safe space to express themselves. As a trained yoga teacher, I love creating strong connections with children (and their grown-ups!) through yoga, meditation, and playful movement.
In every class, we check in with our feelings—by the end, the most common words I hear are “calm” and “happy.”
